Our CDIA+ certified operators make sure that the paper documents are handled safely and securely along with the required digital conversion. Imaged documents can be annotated, redacted, electronically bates numbered and marked for confidentiality. Document Unitization is an integral and essential part of this process so that the original document boundaries are preserved as maintained in the ordinary course of business. Logical Document Determination (LDD) provides a further breakdown of documents so that data can be retrieved by document types (memos, emails and financial statements etc…) without losing their original context.
